Everyone who helped was great- the dr, the lady who did the testing / air puff machine, and the front desk ladies absolutely crushed it with kindness, welcoming, and keeping up with everyone with how busy it was in there. Getting slammed mid appointments and taking care of people isn't easy but this is the second time I've ever been in the office and they handled it both times with such grace & respect to everyone.
Decent service. Frames seem a lil expensive but prices are what they are. It wasnt too busy at the time I went but did pick up. They couldve used 1 more employee honestly. They used to give me a tray to gather glasses but didnt do that this time for some reason. Felt on my own for a bit but the woman I worked with was very nice and was helpful after I found the glasses. Should have 3 people working during busy periods vs the 2. Everything was perfect at this location. Scheduling was easy, the employees were great and Dr. Conlen was knowledgeable and kind. She took the time to explain my updated prescription and answer my questions. I’d recommend this location to anyone!
Jessica is AMAZING!!!! She made the process easy fast and informative. I changed Visionworks in which I have been with for over 15 years and she was and is the best customer service representative in every Visionworks that I have been too. Felt extremely comfortable with her and she explained everything clear, calm and precisely. Definitely is a great asset to the company!
