Front end manager displayed poor customer service skills and was very unpleasant. I’m confused when she stated that vision works has never provided parents with a note that their child has been seen for an exam, when I have received them from our previous visits. Was only willing to write a note on a blank piece of paper that I myself could have written and the school would not have accepted.
I made an appointment on November 16 to have my contact lens appointment today. That was almost a month ago. I got to the store to be told that someone had tried to call me to let me know that my appointment was cancelled. There was no message on my cell phone as I looked at it while standing there dumbfounded. I came home and checked my home phone in case I had somehow missed the call or had an unheard message on the answering machine. There was no message or missed call. I’ve spent close to three hours on hold today, trying to get through to this store with a very simple question about an order I placed last week. And judging by the other comments on this page, this happens a lot. I have better things to do, frankly, and I'm really considering canceling this order. If I can ever speak to someone at this store, that is. Called quite a few times about my 3 children’s up coming appointment. No one picks up and on hold for well over 20 minutes with no answer. You just lost not 1 customer but a household to this store.

Had a great experience with Visionworks getting new contacts and glasses. I saw Dr Conlon and she was very nice and absolutely helped me achieve greater vision. Everyone there was so nice, giving opinions on my new glasses I was picking out. Highly recommend this place!
They were very helpful,and we were in and out in no time.
Took 2 tries, but very satisfied with the results. Just hope the lenses don’t scratch like the previous ones did, which was the main reason I went back.
