My husband and I have had multiple bad experiences! He quit going but I continued. Yesterday I went for my 12:20 exam and they said I didn't have an appointment. I showed him on my phone that I in fact had a confirmed appointment, I left. A year ago my daughter bought Gucci frames as a Christmas present, I brought them in to have lenses put in and they cracked them, Honestly I do not know how they are in business!
