Won't be back Terrible customer service. My husband and I ordered glasses at the exact same time. I got mine in a week. However, my husbands did not come in. They claimed it was due to higher prescription. They supposedly red flagged it and called, etc. Now it's been over 3 weeks and they still are not here. I have been told 6 times through this entire process that I would be called back. Great service! Friendly people, fast professional service, large frame selection, this place has it all! I highly recommend them for you eyeglass needs. I have also never seen them busy enough to have to wait long.
