I recently went here for an eye exam and glasses and had a great experience, but of course I spent a lot of money while there. I referred my sister there a couple of days ago because she needed to replace her sons frames until he could get in for an eye exam. After my sister told the girl what she needed she curtly told her "you will have to come back I am the only one here". RecommendedI went for my first appointment with them yesterday and was not disappointed. The staff/technicians are courteous, knowledgeable, and approachable. My optometrist, Dr. Johnson, was equally amazing. He performed the most thorough eye exam that I've ever had. I didn't feel rushed at any point during my visit. The clerks even took time to explain things so that I could get the most out of my benefits. I look forward to visiting them again next year.
Highly recommend Visionworks on Watson Blvd. Friendly associates, superb Optometrist and quick return on prescription lens. 🤓 I can see clearly now!!!
I recommend Visionworks to everyone. They provided friendly good service. I got two frames for $59. Anybody that wears glasses or think they may need to go pay them a visit.
I had a great experience at this office. It was easy to make an appointment online. The front desk staff was awesome. The manager went above and beyond to figure out an insurance mix up. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient. The doctor had great bedside manner. There were plenty of glasses to choose from. They made my apprehensive daughter’s first experience a breeze.
This place saved my life my contact broke at 5 o’clock and they had me in there and out in less than 1 hour. I would recommend them to anyone the staff and doctor is very professional and completely inviting.
One of the best experiences I’ve ever had, and I’ve been wearing glasses for well over 20 years. Dr Jarvis Johnson was very patient with me during my evaluation, and let me repeat several steps without ever getting upset. He made sure I had the right RX even if it took all day. The front staff was more than helpful and full of life. They helped me pick out the perfect glasses, and helped make my buying experience top notch. I would recommend Vision Works to everyone!
One of the best retail experiences ever. Great staff, down to earth, professional,comfortable atmosphere. They also had my glasses ready in a short wait time. Highly recommended.
