They ripped me off I broke off the earpieces and they would not fix them. They made me buy new Frames. I would never buy anything from them again because they are in the Business to rip off People
RecommendedHighly recommend Dr Nguyen! Got a small piece of metal in my eye yesterday at the shop and went to see her at Visionworks Rockwall. Excellent experience and she fixed me up.
I would have giving 5 stars but I came in today with my daughter and witnessed an employee yell at other employee in front of other customers for not helping a guest that requested her in the first place. Felt that was really unprofessional and she could of handled it differently.
Awesome as usual ;) Been going there for at least ten years.
