The 2 ladies did not have time to help us. Too busy talking about closing hours and such. Never approached us to help or give advice after asking about our prescription. (Appointment set at 5:00) I’ll drive 45 minutes other direction to get my glasses. I have never been treated so badly in a Visionworks Store before. I didn’t get their names but only 2 working( in the store) today!
Came from another location and they work with that site to get sent here to college station which help save time and money from driving back out of town, so grateful 👍👍👍

FIVE HAPPY STARS! - I was treated like Family by both Patricia, the General Manager, and Jamie one of the associates! It's a 2 hour round trip for me to leave my store and go visit the mall for my eye exam and my purchase at Visionworks. They worked with me to find the right frames for my face, made sure I was happy with the fit and even happier that I was able to see crystal clear again! I can highly recommend this location.
