Great service! Jim was great at helping me choose frames and Dr. Ben Graham was excellent! Corrected my prescription which has been off for almost a year now. Everyone was professional and fun too.
Because of our insurance plan we aren’t able to use the doctor’s but, we can use our plan for our lenses and frames. Both my husband and I purchased our glasses from here three years ago. We were very pleased. Last month we purchased new frames and lenses for my husband. Our salesman Jim was very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Selection of frames were limited. Dr is great. His staff could be a little more attentive, I'm not sure the girls name when you check in with, I personally find her to be a rude bitch. Just checking in you feel like your bothering her. I refused to write my meds down and she just about came over the counter to choke me. I told her if it's a problem I could leave. Lol. The Dr was fine with me not giving the information, he only wanted to know if I was a diabetic.
Really great experience. The doctors was hugely attentive, as was his staff. Additionally, the retail team provided great customer service.
