Her and her team worked through my insurance benefits, gave me a rundown of my payments so I knew exactly what I was paying for, and answered all of my questions. She will ask how she can help you, gives you some suggestions on what frames suit your face and would look great on you. The eye exams done by Dr. Czaicka is thorough and explains each step. Our family recommends Visionworks in Vernon Hills for eye exams, buying glasses and by getting the best service by these two employees. Sadaf and Dr. Czaicka is a great asset to Visionworks.
