RecommendedToday was my daughter first appointment here and we loved the dr. They were very, very clean. They wiped down EVERYTHING often. The two ladies that worked with us were also pleasant and kind. The only ‘problem’ which didn’t affect me but did other customers waiting, was the one worker spend more time on here phone in the back then actually doing any work.

Ordered sports goggles on the 19th of August and here we are September 5th without them being delivered. Awful customer service. Told we would get called with updates and here I am calling to hear anything.
Got 2 pairs of glasses at an awesome deal! Dr Capecci pleasant, knowledgeable, listened to my concerns.Staff very friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable too! Many styles of glasses to choose. As I requested, received an email informing me my glasses are ready! Got both glasses 4 days sooner! Thank you, Gloria Unpingco-Santiago.

They didn't call when our lenses came in. The staff was not very friendly or professional. We will be going elsewhere for our next pair(s) of glasses or frames.
