I was an existing customer. I had an appointment for an eye exam that Visionworks rescheduled TWICE due to their own scheduling errors. I'm a single mom so it is difficult to plan for appointments, but I was still understanding both times. My third attempt at an appointment was scheduled for 1:30pm. I called when I was on my way to let them know I may be a couple minutes late due to a meeting running late and that it wouldn't be more than 5 minutes late. RecommendedWhile shopping at the mall with my granddaughter, she accidentally sprayed cologne in her eyes. We went to Visionworks to ask if they had any saline we could buy to rinse them. They took her to the back, kindly rinsed her eyes and gave us some eyedrops for later. Zero charge. They were wonderful to her and we would have been more than willing to pay them. They now have my business for life. Kindness matters.
I went there Monday and they told me that they could do my eye exam for my Medicaid application and I sat there for over an hour and then they tell me they needed to switch me to a different doctor I come back in Wednesday and they tell me that they can't do it after I sat there again for over an hour in my honest opinion the staff was rather brash they acted like it pained them to have to help me definitely won't be going there again
Benjamin was awesome at helping me with my glasses! I was very indecisive and he helped me every step of the way with a fun attitude! He made my day! Dr. Hare is always great as well! I highly recommend this location!
The staff at Visionworks are very professional have been shopping there for 12 years and will continue to shop there due to the good prices and great selection of frames!!!
