A+ customer service and genuine care.
Unprofessional. Refused to accept VSP insurance or explain why. Very rude man answering phone, lacking compassion and empathy of any kind. It doesn't cost anything to be kind.
Needlessly rude on the phone and extremely passive aggressive. I made a referral to someone here and I very much regret that now. I will never bring my family back to your store.
