This place is great. I’ve been going there for years. All employees are amazing. The new doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable. He showed a sincere interest in my appointment. It was my first time getting contacts and they really took the time to make sure my experience was everything I needed.
Love Visioworks. The staff is awesome. They know the job. I feel very comfortable and very friendly. I have told my friends to go to Visionworks. Very courteous staff and make you feel relaxed. This location is amazing. The doctor as well as everyone on staff were helpful kind and professional. Saint was the best staff member by a long shot. He was not only very kind and helpful but knew everything I needed to know and got be checked out in a fast manner. Loved this location, thank you guys !
Dude at the front desk lied about my contacts being labeled left or right, it's not a big deal as I could look up my prescription and figure it out but it's so worthless to lie when you don't know something. Also was oddly defensive about his store when I asked some questions. But yea no reason to make up an answer, especially a wrong one. Hope this review hurts your business but outside of that it's fine.
