I have my whole family going to this place for a couple of years now, we are very happy with the service, everyone is so friendly, love the Dr and everyone that works in there.
Brought my child in for glasses he uses for amblyopia/lazy eye. When they took the prescription from me the guy missed the fact that he has bifocals. I corrected him and then he said he measured for them. In a pediatric the bifocal should bisect the pupil. When I asked if he marked the glasses properly (because I didn’t see him measuring), he insisted he did it. I even mentioned bisect the pupils as that’s how my son uses them. I’ve been coming to this location for several years and just love Dr. Glen Bassett! I have some crazy issues with my vision lately that are scary and complicated and he really cares and listens and goes the extra mile to help ensure I am taken care of. He thinks outside the box and comes up with solutions to help me see clearly ! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Greets you with a smile.
