the optometrist did a great job and was super nice, but when i took my prescription colored contacts out for the exam, they lost them. and did not provide me new ones at all. i payed a lot for them and they just misplaced them and all i got was an apology? 08-17-2025 • 2:30pm
5 stars to the optometrist in the back. He was very patient and took the time to explain everything. Was given a sample pair, came back a week later and was in and out quickly. The issues I have were in the front of the store. Every pair of glasses i picked up to try on were filthy, covered in fingerprints so bad you couldn't see out of them. I will start by saying that the eye doctors themselves were phenomenal! Had no issues getting my eyes checked there. However, once it came to getting the actual glasses it was the single worst experience I have ever had in customer service. I picked out my frames and put in the order, but when they arrived it was clear that they were not going to work. The lady employee was condescending and talked down to me as if I were a child. Taking my business elsewhere. Never coming back here again.
