There phone system is poor you can’t get a person After 10 minutes there can not help any way You can buy glass are time but if you have a problem please hold Then got told you need to wait a week to get a repair sorry 🙁

I had a really bad experience at the vision works by park city and I was referred by a friend to go to this store and thanks to Tracy P I got the most perfect pair of glasses. She made my experience very pleasant and I can’t wait to come again. Also the store was very organized and clean

We love this Visionworks location! All six members of our household go here and we have always had great visits! Everyone is friendly and helpful and the doctors are great!
Friendly and professional staff everyone there is properly trained and very efficient. Got all my glasses here and they're all super cute constantly get asked if theyre really prescription no one believes glasses so cute can help me see. And definitely love that they do repairs for free. A go-to for good eye care.
I lost my glasses, and I was in need of an immediate replacement pair prior to a business trip. I called Visionworks, and described my situation. I had only a few hours to get a new pair of glasses before leaving on my trip. They fit my exam in within 30 minutes of calling them. I walked out with my new pair of glasses within 1.5 hours of my initial phone call. This place is the best prescription glasses store I've been too in over 20 years of needing glasses in order to drive. EVERYONE was very nice and professional.
The professionalism in this place is ABSURDLY BAD. I had an appointment on Saturday. I book it online, get an email confirmation, and fill out my paperwork ahead of time, and update my insurance information. I arrive late to my appointment (my fault, I never go out by the outlets and had no idea they were doing construction). I go to check in and this ornery old lady says she can't find my appointment. I spend a good five minutes up there while she proceeds to stare at the computer and keep asking me if I have an appointment... read more
