RecommendedDeWayne was awesome. Had trouble at the Merriam location about getting lenses replaced they wanted to charge me $50, for their poor workmanship, that were less than 1 year old and the anti glare coating was coming off making the glasses foggy and unwearable. I went to the Ward Parkway location and DeWayne was very quick to get me taken care of. He is going to call and get my records and replace the lenses without any addional charge. Very happy customer!!!! Thank you DeWayne!!!!

The dog ate my 92 year old mom’s glasses. The lenses were intact but the frames looked like they had been run over by a truck - pieces of chewed up plastic and metal all over the floor. VISIONWORKS REPAIRED THEM! Good as new! Unbelievable quality and service! Five stars is not enough for this great company! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Great service from Janelle and Eddie. I especially appreciate Janell's attention to detail. I brought in the wrong eyeglass prescription, but she caught it right away and was able to contact my optometrist to get a recent prescription sent over.
This has been one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had purchasing glasses and contacts! Let me just begin with singing my praises about Steve W! He goes above and beyond to service his customers! I picked out at least 20 pairs of glasses to go through and did not rush the process and even made it easier for me!
