I personally would not visit this location again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. My glasses were ordered on Dec 9th. Today is Jan 12th and I have yet to receive them or receive any communication from Visionworks. So far they made the glasses in the wrong frame/prescription. Then the frames were lost?? Now there is no order for them?? I'm extremely dissatisfied with this experience, never again will I use them or recommend them!

RecommendedPopped in after work this week and was immediately offered help. Keep in mind, this is the end of December when many people will be trying to use their vision benefits before year end. I had lost a nose pad on my glasses and was not able to find a self repair kit that included nose pads so I popped in here because they filled my prescription originally. Not only did Kelly B replace the nose pads and clean my glasses at no charge she was also able to tell me who the manufacturer was of the frames I bought 6 years ago! I love ... read more
