One of the worst experiences I've ever had in my 30 plus years wearing glasses. They didn't have my lenses in stock and had to order them. 2 weeks later they are in, but incorrect as they didn't properly measure the optical center for the frames. Reorder lenses.. This time they're correct but the coating fails in less than a month... Warranty covered. Over a week for new lenses.. Again. What a great experience I had at Visionworks. They have a large selection of frames and the staff was very helpful. Josh was very patient with me trying to decide what features I wanted on my glasses. Highly recommend.
I had to go buy some new glasses yesterday because my Dog chewed mine. I needed something quick so I went to VisionWorks. Great decision! June, one of the employees worked so hard to help me find some glasses that were stylish and looked good on me! Then after we found the perfect glasses, she worked even harder to help me get them at a price I could afford! Go see Mrs. June at visionworks! You will NOT be disappointed!
