RecommendedMy insurance changed this year and this was the closest provider and was completely blown away by their service despite Covid-19 and 2020 in general. Over a a couple visits I met with Beth, Daniel, Damien, and Hope.... all of them took my needs and wishes seriously, rose to the challenges, and performed with stellar service! Highly recommend this place.

I had the best experience at Visionworks in the Arbor Walk today. Felacita was awesome! Very friendly, direct and to the point. I appreciate that. No waiting. $86 for two pairs of backup specs ready tomorrow!
Walked into Visionworks first time ever this afternoon with 'script in hand, preferences in mind, but not much else. I spent almost 2 hrs there .. Rex was very helpful answering initial questions and follow-up questions about frame shapes that looked good/better on me. Rachel (sp?) was absolutely DIVINE! Her patience, answered all my questions, sense of humor, and even picking out more frames for me .. She is definitely top-of-the-line with her customer service!!
