Should have read the comments before coming here. The girl who has blonde hair is sooo rude. Felt like I was forcing her to work. Didn’t even bother to check if the glasses came in I got a text saying they were there. And told me in a rude way they were not. Ugh to think I have to go back
The employees who assisted me and my husband were very kind and knew what was best for us. Gave us great recommendations and suggestions. Super sweet and made the whole process go so smoothly. If there was something my husband and I were questioning like insurance and or eye care they knew what to do to fix the issue right away. I thought it would take a few appointments to finally get glasses but I was there at least an hour, they assisted us right away and we left very satisfied. My glasses are now on their way.
2018 - First time customer this year, they did an amazing job. I loved that when i got my new glasses that i could see the leaves on trees far away, and that everything was so sharp and clear. the eye dr. did an amazing job. 2024 - Bought new sunglasses. Debani L. was the manager and she helped me out. she did an amazing job. Best customer service ever.
Madi was so helpful my sight line on glasses was off slightly. Madi was able to help with getting this corrected and can’t wait to go back pickup glasses and see her again.
Had a wonderful time getting my eye exam and glasses picked out! Mady was utterly fantastic and made it such a great experience! She was kind, patient, and just willing to go over every little detail so I didn't miss anything about the different types of eye exams. Also, she easily worked out an issue with my insurance! We found an awesome pair of glasses and she helped me customize the lenses to fit my needs. I did not expect to be enjoying myself so much and I'm so grateful I went here!
