I made an appointment for my husband and myself two weeks in advance. Our appointment times were 4 PM and 4:30 PM on a Friday (March 30th). At 5 PM we were STILL waiting to be seen. We were given the excuse that they had “overbooked”. Then why did I make an appointment? Why had no one explained this to us as we sat there for an hour? Why had I left work early? After waiting this long to be seen we got up and left. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Won’t go there again.
