RecommendedFirst I want to thank each person at VisionWorks Germantown Pkwy. The optometry staff was very professional with expert care. The entire staff on the eyeglass selection side was amazing. My experience almost went downhill when I’m insurance notified us that there had better even a change in my benefits....they no longer covered lens and frames. They installed two new nose piece pads free of charge. These guys are tops in service and customer care.
When I went to get my eyes tested today, it was awesome! I requested to be seen by Megan, and my request was granted! She was super nice, and friendly! She even did her first eye exam (thanks to my request)! This was at the Germantown location. I will definitely be coming here again!
I will be making my fourth trip to get one pair of glasses...unsatisfied to the max!
Great people great selection with fedex ins the cost for new lenses for my old glasses and a brand new pair was only $90. I would recommend vision works to anyone
