I recently visited this eye doctor’s office, and the experience was extremely frustrating. I arrived early for my appointment, informed the staff about a crucial 1pm meeting I had, and was assured everything would run smoothly. There was an error with my prescription, and thus, a problem with my new glasses. The associate walked me next door to the opthomologist’s office when she could not reach them by phone to get the correct information to reorder my glasses. I was trying to leave town on a Friday and would have been delayed 2-3 hours had she not quickly retrieved the information I needed from the doctor, and immediately placed an order with the corrected information. While she maintained her “tone” whomever I was trying to speak to quite literally spoke over me, interrupted, I don’t think I was able to complete even one thought. She kept repeating that she had clients, would drone on repetitiously and when I asked if I could speak or just get a few words in she’d tell me again she was with customers the put me on hold.
