RecommendedI accidentally threw away my eyeglasses. I called Vision works that afternoon, visiting the store in East Vancouver. I was efficiently set up with the same pair of frames I had just lost. They were to be picked up at the Vancouver Mall location as that would allow for faster delivery because I needed these lenses for my job. Amanda was so helpful with not only my questions but knew just what to do with my enthusiasm as well. Her through knowledge of what coverage was available thru my insurance carrier was very key. She also offered to write down any frames I was interested in since my 1st visit was a preliminary one to gauge prices and my expected needed budget.I have never had a bad experience with Visionworks and this location definitely didn't disappoint! Thank you so much for your help.
Horror customer service. Waiting to pick up glasses and two people walk in after and get moved in front of us. I asked the rude lady working and she said they were here earlier. Wow been waiting over 10 minutes to get help. No one greeted us. This place is horrible and don't come here unless you want horrible service. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.
Just when I thought customer service was a dead art, Hannah at Visionworks proved me wrong and saved my day. I had a terrific experience. I had been to 3 other stores shopping for glasses and had the worst time. One of them even locked me out of my insurance unless I bought from them and would not fix it for me. Hannah called them herself, and when they would not work with her either she called my insurance for me and fixed everything! High quality service. Staff was very knowledgeable and was able to walk me through the entire process from start to finish.
I enjoyed the entire experience. Garrett was awesome at explaining everything and providing detailed opinions. I loved the place and would recommend them to co-workers and family.

So I actually stopped in here while I was shopping for something else. I usually always went to the Wal-Mart eye care center mostly for convenience.
