The person that was on the sales floor was courteous and displayed great customer service She greeted each customer and she was very attentive even though we had to wait. She was very polite and approachable
In all i had a pleasant experience. There were five of us getting exams, the ladies were wonderful and worked with us. Dr sandoval hands down was great and was thorough with our exams and answered any and all questions we had. He was also very patient with my autistic son who has adhd as well. The girls were great and got me a good discount on my glasses. I highly recommened this visionworks and will continue to go back
Dr Z was very informative, patient, and she enlightened me about several things regarding my eyes that I never knew . I really appreciated her professionalism and passion she has for this work. The staff person unfortunately I didnt get her name . She was great as well. She adjusted my eyeglasses so they would fit better and explained why they become loose. She said “ Always take your eyeglasses off with both hands”.
