Great attentive and time effective
I had an appointment set for today and once I arrive there, the receptionist informed me I was placed under reschedule or rebook. I can’t remember her exact words. She then followed up with a notification would’ve been sent out via email/text. I did not receive any of those, however, I did receive an email same day of appointment confirming and a text message the prior day confirming my appointment for today 09/15/2025.
