Correct me if I'm wrong, I think my optometrist was Dr. Sandoval. He was really very thorough and and took the time to make sure my prescription contacts were the best choice for me. The staff there was friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful. I spent a grip! But I left satisfied. 😄
If I could give 0 starts I would. Been dealing with an ongoing issue since February! I received the wrong prescription for my contacts that were ordered at this location. I returned the contacts and they placed a new order and assured me that they would rush ship me correct contacts. When the contacts arrived they were still incorrect so I had to ship the contacts back to them. The employee Jasmine said that there was a typo in their system that she corrected but I told them I just wanted a refund and I wanted them to reinst... read more
