Erica went above and beyond to help me replace a pair of lost glasses right away!! I am about to be out of town for a week and had lost both pair of glasses. Within an hour, she requested and received my current prescription from another store, looked up my recent frames from the system and took my payment - all over the phone. No muss no fuss and I can pick up my replacement glasses tomorrow afternoon!! Amazing customer service! Thank you!!
The employees at this location are awesome! The atmosphere makes getting glasses fun and exciting! everyone is always smiling and laughing which makes my glasses experience even better. Ari was a well knowledged and an honest sales associate that helped me find glasses that fit my personality and face perfectly. I also got contacts at an awesome price. I would definitely recomend anyone at this store if you need glasses or contacts.
I have been going to this location for years. I have always had great customer service. My son and I came in today to both get new glasses. Eric, the Supervisor, and every representative we encountered really took customer service to another level today. I was really impressed which just solidifies the reason I go there in the first place.
Desiree is a very professional and a joy to work with! Start to finish I could not have had a better experience! Eric assisted in the sale he is very nice and has a wonderful personality! I really enjoy coming to this location!! If I could I would spend all my time here! I believe this store sets the bar high for all sister locations. I will recommend this store to everyone! Highly recommend this location! All the staff are super friendly. Manager Desere is always checking on customers and welcomes everyone who comes in the door. We have not had a problem getting repairs on glasses. True to our extended warranty plan, my son had a new pair of glasses due to a break in his frame, no problem:). Large selection of frames to choose from and quick turn around on getting new glasses!
Would not go to any other place. Great staff. Bought my glasses almost 4 years ago but thanks to y'all they still look and work great.
