Good selection of glasses and they are very helpful in many ways throughout the process. They seem very knowledgeable about what they're doing as well!
First time customer, the whole staff was so helpful & knowledgeable. They helped me pick out my frames as I was very clueless on what style was fitting for me. Paulina was awesome & very patient when I couldn't make a decision her customer service was very caring. Dr M. Gonzales gave me my eye exam, such a polite & thorough Dr. I get nervous when I get I exams for some reason but he made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend visionworks at Harlem and Irving Mall and I will make this my annual go to place.
The staff were all super helpful and kind, very knowledgeable, and patient when I had a glitch with my insurance! I saw Dr Gonzalez, who was wonderful, and was helped after my exam by Anna M., with selecting frames and lens options. I could not have had a better experience!
Part 1: I bought a glasses 25 days ago and they still don't give it to me. I call every day and they tell me they got lost in the mail, etc., etc. It can't be that they play with the health of people like that. I am a journalist and cameraman and my work depends on my work, and I have really been harmed. Very bad service
Anna and dr udesky were awesome! I needed a new examination for contacts and doc and doc recommended the vision works brand for contacts. So far I love them. Anna was very helpful and gave me an awesome customer experience. I’ll definitely be back. Especially to pick up my contacts on time :)

I have been in this Visionworks twice. And the two times I have been in this location they have taken care of me well. The first time was with Eric Rodriguez and the second time with Andy Rodriguez. They are both very knowledgeable, respectful, kind young men. The two times I have been there they are able to help me pick a frame that compliments my facial structure. I highly recommend this location at the HIP mall such a friendly environment!
I stopped into Visionworks a few months ago and had Eric help me pick out a new pair of glasses. He was respectful, kind, and confident. Within a few minutes, he knew exactly what frames would compliment my facial structure. He was very knowledgeable about pricing as well. I ended up taking the pair home! This location offers such a friendly environment. Great service — 5 stars!!
