We have never had a good experience and yet we have tried numerous times to give them another shot and now I’m done. First last year they screwed up my husbands prescription twice and we had to reorder contacts multiple times and they never tried to make it right. This year we scheduled our routine eye exams and they messed Up scheduling the appts so they notified us we needed to reschedule so we did and then today we have our rescheduled appts and they call 45 min before our appt and tell us they don’t have our updated insu... read more

first off I should say I do not know how the other Visionworks offices operate. My experience today was beyond terrible and I am very upset at these people. the only person who was even semi competent and efficient was the actual eye doctor who gave me my exam. I went in at 3:15 p.m. for an appointment at 3:30 p.m. After my eye exam was done, which was roughly 30 to 40 minutes after I got there, I sat there in the office for more than an hour waiting on one staffer who let the same person talk for more than an hour to get he... read more

went to vision works in papillion got in on a 2 for 49 dollar deal. no pressure to up grade. I just wants a pair to read in bed with and one for computer. great job and thanks jonathan
I was able to get a Sunday appointment on Sunday for an eye exam. My daughter's contacts were running out and her vision of was blurry. A follow up appointment a week later was quick and Marge was so patient when contacting two insurance providers. My husband's insurance had changed from Spectera to VSP. Marge called one, then the other to ensure that if insurance was available it was used. When I apologized for not knowing which one his company used she was gracious.
