We have never had a good experience and yet we have tried numerous times to give them another shot and now I’m done. First last year they screwed up my husbands prescription twice and we had to reorder contacts multiple times and they never tried to make it right. first off I should say I do not know how the other Visionworks offices operate. My experience today was beyond terrible and I am very upset at these people. the only person who was even semi competent and efficient was the actual eye doctor who gave me my exam. I went in at 3:15 p.m. for an appointment at 3:30 p.m. After my eye exam was done, which was roughly 30 to 40 minutes after I got there, I sat there in the office for more than an hour waiting on one staffer who let the same person talk for more than an hour to get he... read more
