I ordered and paid for new glasses March 10, 2020. As of today, 04/22, I have no glasses and customer service has told me they aren’t able to track orders and someone will call me. They’ve been telling me that everyday for 6 days. I know things are slow right now, but 6+ weeks?
RecommendedDr. Bisconti was friendly and professional, listened to my questions, and was willing to take the time to answer any questions. Mike in the frames/lenses area was great--funny and let me know each step of his process with buying and fitting glasses and contacts. Great selection of frames for any price range. I'd highly recommend this Visionworks branch (Hamilton Crossings, Allentown).

I worked with Stephanie. She was nice and extreme helpful. She walked me through every step and even helped me pick out my frames. The prices were very fare and when she told me about the AARP discount I was sold. I look forward to receiving my glasses.
Optometrist and people were great to deal with, definitely recommend this location
Mike was amazing. I had a time sensitive issue with the lab and he was extremely helpful, sympathetic, understanding and went WAY above and beyond. Went out of his way to personally see that my daughters glasses were made ASAP and even picked them up from another store to ensure I had them on time. A true asset to visionworks!

The people are very friendly and helpful at Visionworks on Krocks Road, Allentown, PA. Stephanie is a very patient person and worked with us tirelessly to make excellent choices for our glasses since there are many options to consider. She is very capable and worked with us to get the best possible price for what we wanted in prescription glasses and sunglasses. Thank you, Stephanie. The Optometrist did a professional job. She was kind and explained our questions in terms we understood.
