Review Update 9/24/25: Returned to have a new exam done as I felt someting was going on with my eyes last time. I was squeezed in for a same day appt and saw Dr. Rachel Dickert. She was excellent & compassionate and referrerd me out for my eye issue after thorough explanatin. Also, I actually turned my selected glasses in to Tom Leckey - who as always is SO personable and definitely GREAT at his job! My experience there was wonderful, the service and people were great, I just left nationwide where my last glasses came from, they quoted me a price to replace my lenses over the phone, but when I got there they told me it would be four times what they quoted, and didn't even care what they quoted the day before, long story short I will never go back there again!!! It's not so much about the money, it's about the lie!!!
Thank you to the entire staff for making the entire process of transition into glasses seamless
The staff and doctor at this location are beyond exceptional!
