Horrible and unethical office. If you want unexpected charges this is the place to go. Do not sign open ended contracts. They will take all your money.
I recently moved to California and unfortunately broke my glasses. To my surprise, I found that there were no visionworks centers within an hour's drive of my new home. Amanda was incredibly helpful—she quickly brainstormed all my options and suggested I send my glasses to their office so they could provide me with a new pair. I'm so grateful for her assistance!
It was extremely easy to make an appointment and get in on the same day. Office staff and technicians were very pleasant and did a great job. Dr Brent Freitag was also very pleasant, very thorough gave good suggestions in a very timely manner
My favorite visionworks by far.
Always someone new for the back desk for your appointment, 3 girls gossip about everyone's exam and always on their phones. Making upcoming appointments get reschedule due to being over booked. I tried calling about my situation with my contacts, they couldn't help me. So much for wasting money on contacts when they keep changing the appointment receptionist.
