Long time customer of the same location. I love the doctor even though it was a different one. He knew his stuff. Friendly staff, they also know their shit. I bought glasses like i usually do the bald guy was amazing. He talked to me about my insurance to get the most out of my benefits since it did change. He never pressured me or talks me into stuff. I came in today to swap my lenses and left really satisfied the Optician was really helpful and didn’t charge me for the service, would definitely recommend to anyone
I recently made a return visit to this Vision Works since my first occurence in 2023 was great! The staff is friendly, appointmets are easy to schedule, and the final product is worth the value. I've even stopped in a few times (w/o appt) to have my glasses adjusted with no problem. BIG THANKS to Jalissa who was extremely patient and spent enormous time on showing me frame possibilities for my specfic requirements. She rocks!
This was my first time going to Vision works the staff and doctor were all very nice! The office was very clean and organized. I was seen on time and the process was very quick and easy.
I was in and out super quick due to the efficiency of the staff.
