When they called to inform me they don't take my insurance and would have to bill through a third party, I called back to look into this. Once get an AI assistant and can't speak to a real person - dealbreaker. AI is maddening to navigate, so I did one of the few things AI could handle. I cancelled my appointment.
Overall, had a great experience. From the reception, to the eye exam technicians, to the optometrist. All were knowledgeable and courteous.
Landon was super helpful and extremely efficient. I saw she was busy with a lot of people before I came in and took amazing care of everyone including I. Thank you Landon!

I went to this office for a contact lens fitting and completed all the required paperwork. The staff member assisting me with insurance verification was unable to verify my coverage, even though I provided all the necessary information. She told me she couldn’t find me in the system and couldn’t reach anyone because it was an automated line, then suggested that I call myself.
