Staff was friendly, attentive and organized. The Eye exam was quick and easy. Dr was very informative and helpful. Sales staff was helpful and listened to what my needs were and worked with my insurance and price range.
I was very pleased with the Dr. and the person who assisted me with choosing my glasses. Overall a good experience.
That was the first time in a long time that I left my eye appointment happy and excited to Order my new glasses. The optometrist was knowledgeable and I took the time to explain when I had questions. I highly recommend Visionworks at the Tempe Marketplace.
When they called to inform me they don't take my insurance and would have to bill through a third party, I called back to look into this. Once get an AI assistant and can't speak to a real person - dealbreaker. AI is maddening to navigate, so I did one of the few things AI could handle. I cancelled my appointment.
