All the staff in the EP mall location were kind and helpful, which was a welcome surprise as they had many patients doing the same as me - trying to beat the clock before their benefits expired. First they called and left a voicemail offering an appointment time and saying I needed to call back if I wanted the time. I don't, as I don't live or work in Eden Prairie anymore. They went ahead and scheduled it anyway, and sent me both email and text reminders of my upcoming appointment. Both give you the option to confirm only, no way to cancel without calling the store.
