Staff rude to me today. Discrimination against me do to me being handicapped. Had to go to my vehicle for a nitro glinceren tablet due to their treatment. Unable to come back into store slump over in my truck for 15 minutes, no one came out to check on me. Awlful when your disabled and they treat you that way and girls behind counter laughing and making fun of you
Absolutely the worst! Had an appt to get contact lens script renewed and arrived on time. Waited 10 min a optometrist called me in for a very brief exam., whisk was fine because I see an ophthalmologist yearly. Now I sat for 25 minutes waiting for a "lens specialist" to tell me they have to order a sample. I return 3 days later to get sample which were not right for me so I call and they say they'll try a different brand and insisted they had my brand and strength in stock. I highly recommend Visionworks in Grapevine, because they have a large selection of glasses and frame sizes (compared to other providers such as Sam's, Costco, or Target) and they will complete your order the same day (with pickup on site). The fact that they actually make the glasses in the building is a big advantage for people who do not want to have to wait for days to get their new glasses.
Katlyn M. did the most amazing job in helping me to decide what was right for me and my vision needs. I used to go to the high dollar, niche eyeglass stores and was never truly happy with what I had received and the limited selection. Katlyn even helped me to realize that I needed a plastic frame closer to my eyes for my prescription to be more beneficial for me when no one else had before. horrible experience with empire visioinworks latham. it took long long long time to get someone to help you. when i picked up the glasses today, nobody helped me adjust the glasses, which was too loose. when i asked the front desk. their answer was "wait untill someone to call you". after more than half an hour waiting, nobody help me adjust glasses.overall, the service was terrible there and attitude was very rude. i will never buy glasses from them again.
Don't patronize this place. They work on commission and refused to refund you your money. The manager Tuesday prefer to keep your money and lose you as a customer.
My wife ordered her glasses on 9/10/16. She was told they would be in, in one week. On 9/19/16 we checked and her glasses had not come in. We checked back 9/20/16. On 9/24/16 we checked again. We were told they had shipped and was showing delivered, but they did not have them. They said they could not find out anything until 9/26/16 Monday. If we had it to do over we would never have used them and never will again

I've been going here for several years and have always had great experiences. They staff is cheerful and pleasant and the doctors are great. I took my son recently who has been wearing glasses since 18 months (he's now 15), and he got the most thorough exam I've ever seen. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!
