I agree with 1st review no staff person is overwhelmed with patients or customers there, they don't tell you why you are sitting. While I do get my glasses free through insurance I don't pay extra for " name " brand the quality I do get is cheap and something beaks , the glass or plastic pops out on EVERY PAIR , both sun glasses and reading glasses !!!!! Rather annoying since my insurance is paying them for them they are not free!
If you like your eyes, DON'T GO HERE! This place is a legitimate joke. I had to leave my old eye doctor and come here due to new insurance coverage. I have had nothing but problems. Ordering wrong prescriptions, not having my contacts in stock, taking 2 weeks just to ship contacts, scheduling the wrong appointments, forgetting to schedule appointments. You name it, they mess it up. I have never seen such an unhappy staff. They are not willing to move an finger for their customers. There is no going above and beyond here. The... read more
