Horrible. Had an appointment for my daughters and spent over 3 hours there. Granted, there were only 3 employees but one of (Amanda) noticeably only helped people of the same skin color as herself. She was in charge and kept skipping pass us to help others who didn’t have appointments. Very disappointing. Will not be using them in the future.

So I have been going to vision works for over 16 years with my daughter as well. We had eye exams this May at that time we did not need new contacts so did not to the fitting I call today to set up the fitting and am told I need a new exam for another 70 since it has been over 60 days!!! If that is the policy then they should let people know that as this is absolutely absurd to try to charge me for another exam I will NEVER be back I will not recommend this place to anyone straight up crooks!!!! I just have to say the new store manager Susie is great, I had an issue with my sons glasses and I guess my issues originally got swept under the rug for almost two months. I called today, got a call back in two mins tops and She took care of it right away. One star experience changed to a five !
