Staff is very polite and helpful. Mary wrote down the frames we wanted since we couldn't get them that day. She also wrote down the information for the glasses our kids picked out so we knew what to get after their eye exams.

I have gone to Visionworks at Penn Square Mall for years and I won't go anywhere else. The service and care I get there are always great! They have repaired my glasses on numerous occasions and don't charge me a cent! The folks that work there are knowledgeable and their customer service is outstanding!
Good selection and they were easily able to get my insurance info and help me with what I needed! Great customer service and my glasses are perfect!!
