Horrible experience.! I went in only for a contact lense appointment and was told I needed a new prescription. I even asked, "does that mean the prescription of my glasses need to change.?" Dr. Li replied, "no your glasses are fine." Then Dr Li took my glasses and went to tighten them and ended up breaking them. They didn't have the same frames and told me that I had to get new glasses and that they would cover the frame but I would have to purchase new lenses. I was very happy with the services I received today. I was in and out of the facility. Great customer service, and everybody was friendly including the doctor herself. Special thanks to Ms. Teresa C. for taking good care of me. She really made my day. Keep up the good work.
The doctor is great. The incompetent staff ruins it.
I had the wonderful pleasure of seeing Dr. Li for my exam and the general manager helped me pick my glasses. They were so nice and helpful from the beginning to end. They also got me the best price on my glasses. It was definitely a great experience. See you guys next year
