I've used Visionworks for years for eye exam and glasses. Now I need an eye exam, it says request appointment on line. I've done so three times with no call back. I've called the store and been left on hold. And yet I keep getting ads! I will try Lenscrafters.

RecommendedOn vacation in Sarasota! Visiting from Boston! Vision works is my favorite store! I have been wearing eye glasses most of my life! While here the arm on my glasses broke off. I immediately google searched “visionworks” I found a store close by! I was impressed! This wonderful gentleman Michael Baker was amazing! His customer service was over the top! He was so kind, very professional and so accommodating! He repaired my glasses with ease! Thank you so much! You rock Michael Baker!
April 2019 Jennifer at Visionworks Sarasota Pavilion is extremely knowledgeable and an expert at selecting frames for clients. She made a overwhelming task soooo easy. Within 10 minutes Jenn helped me select regular and sun glass frames. The ordering process was quick. I was out of the store in 30 minutes or less.
The whole experience was great! I’ve been buying glasses for years and it usually takes me months to pick out a new pair, but I found frames I loved within the first few minutes. The guy that I dealt with was Mike Baker, at the Visionworks in the Sarasota Pavilion Mall. He is knowledgeable and personable, and the whole ordering process was so smooth and quick. It was actually a fun experience!
