Great friendly service
I came in with a script from elsewhere, but VisionWorks took it, they did not pressure me and had prices abd frames clearly marked and sectioned together. I can't wait to get my new frames.
I’ve gotten glasses here for several years. Dustin’s customer service is great as always. I found frames I like and within my budget. The whole experience was smooth, except for the eye exam. The doctor made me uncomfortable with disparaging comments about other patients, and in 30 years of wearing glasses this was the first time an optometrist ever touched me during the exam, kinda creepy. UPDATE: The creepy doctor is no longer working at this location.
I must admit, I was a little hesitant to have an eye exam done in a mall but they had availability so I decided to try them out. This was by far the most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had performed on me and I’ve been a glasses/contact wearer since 1998. The doctor was virtual but it didn’t feel disconnected.
