There are some of the rudest people working in that doctors office that I have ever met. I understand that we are currently living in crazy times and people are getting sick. But to continue to spray disinfectant that I am breathing in while I am standing there next to you is over the top. We bought glasses for my husband on March 16th and still have not received them. My husband has tried to call to check on the status and has not received a reply. We understand that there would be a reason for a delay, but don't understand the lack of communication.

They are always friendly and willing to help. My daughter got glasses here for the second time and we have gone in many times to get adjusted.
My experience at Visionworks on 19th was fantastic. The entire staff went above and beyond on getting me into the glasses that looked and worked best for me! They also got my glasses done within the day which is always nice. Kinni, Nathan, and Nicole are great at what they do and I fully recommend this location!
Non-mall location isn't as busy with casual lookers. Very helpful staff, but not pushy. They make sure you get all of the discounts you qualify for and the best deal (insurance isn't always the least expensive way to go).
Would never buy glasses from this place agin. Did not stand behind lenses less than six months old coating coming off.
