We arrived a few minutes before closing and Melva had already locked the doors. We said that we received notice that our glasses were ready. She immediately states that she could not let us in but could only hand us the glasses because she had to so paperwork and wanted to get home. We paid over $1000 for Glasses but Melva did not want to take the 3-4 minutes to check our glasses for adjustments. I wondered what happened to Customer Service?
