i was there yeterday for an appointment. it was the longest eye examination ever. i was there from 11am-1:45pm. it's worse than seeing my primary care physician. they were nice, yes, but that has nothin' to do with how long i was there.
This store always has a friendly environment and great customer and patient services!
Best place my parents love it and so do I. I have gotten 5 pairs of glasses there
On my first visit 1 1/2 months ago they put me in an exam room and forgot about me until 30 minutes later when they tried to put another patient in that same room. 1 1/2 weeks later when went back on my lunch break I was scheduled to pick up my trial contacts no one could find them...i was there about 45 minutes when they finally found them. Had my exam everything was good...here I am on February 7th and STILL don't have the contacts because the Dr never released my prescription. After multiple calls trying to straighten it ... read more
Good variety of glasses. People were friendly and helpful. Overall prices were a tad high. But worth it.
These people lack professionalism. I had to continue to remind the same person I am hearing impaired . When he was not using his Apple phone.
