Love this Visionworks location. Russell and Lakeisha were helpful in every way, and always make the experience the best it can be! From the tests at the beginning of the appointment, to helping me pick what frames work best for me, the care I receive from the staff is always amazing!!
The staff at the store provided excellent service, and the inspection was highly reliable. They addressed all my questions and requests to my complete satisfaction.
I had the pleasure of working with Russel and Lakeisha for my scheduled eye appointment (8/9/25). They were so helpful and professional. I am a big 3 employee just returning to work after being laid off for 9 months. I wanted to stick to a budget and only pursue what my insurance would cover. I almost decided not to get frames at all and just do my exam but they convinced me that doing both was possible with my VSP insurance. The employees were great. I was a little concerned that the exam was done through teledoc but was greatly pleased with the outcome and I will be hesitant no more.
So far great service, friendly & helpful associates. I'll know more when I see how new lens are. But when you call about new glasses, the recording is NOT helpful I have recommended others to them.
