Worst experience ever! The doctor was awesome but Sabrina left a lot to be desired in customer service. She had our benefits wrong, didn’t want to double check and gave us attitude for not wanting all the extras. So we left with just our eye exams and went to Henryford Optimeyes. They asked me to call Visionworks to ask the to release the hold on our benefits, so I did. I got Sabrina again and she said HenryFord would have to call VSP to do it, which is incorrect. I will never go there again!!!!!!

I had to pay out-of-pocket for a retinal imaging test that is supposedly their new policy due to COVID-19. The whole point of this test is so the doctor can perform his exam at a distance and can view the images on his computer. Well, the doctor performed his own retinal exam with his hand-held light and was inches away from my face (and my daughters too, who was also seen and I had to pay for her retinal test too). I don't know why the imaging test is "mandatory" when the doctor performs his own. Please don't tell patients ... read more

The lady’s that worked while I had an appointment were really nice. They helped me pick out the glasses and complimented me. The doctor who did my eye exam he was very kind and talked to me through the exam. I really recommend this location.
