Amy & Kellie were very helpful to both my husband and I! They went above and beyond for us. The selection process was a bit stressful for me because this is the first time I have had to wear prescription glasses. I figured once I pick the glasses, I am stuck with them. They were very patient and kind to me. This is the first time we used them for vision wear! We definitely recommend them!
Two times now I’ve been called to reschedule my appointment. I had a Friday appointment at 4:15, was called to see if I could switch it to the following Friday and I said sure, the woman that called said great I have you down for 10am the following Friday. Ummm what? My daughters in school and I work which is why I made the appointments starting at 4:15. I said that wouldn’t work. She said ok how about a weekend appointment? Professional and knowledgeable staff, reasonable pricing, highly recommend
Scheduled my appointment and when I arrived they stated they needed to verify my insurance. I gave them my info and they stated they needed to call to verify. Well she stated they were not open today so they wouldn't be able to see me. Why wouldn't you gather this information when I called and made my appoitment? Instead just waste time. Terrible service and the person working the desk was the manager. If you are looking for a place that is about customer service, this is NOT it. Don't waste your time here.

Staff was friendly, helpful, and informative. Kelly and Brittany made my visit smooth and I look forward to wearing my new eyewear. Dr.Rivera made me feel comfortable and explained each step thoroughly and with a smile.
