Staff was friendly and courteous and very helpful in getting my family 2 pair each using my insurance. Highly recommend them and the OUTSTANDING Doctor's office next door to them (Dr. Nguyen). She was thorough and took the time to explain everything!!
I just left so disappointed. I went in hoping to fix my sons glasses that broke from the leg. Right away with just a glance at them i was told they were unrepairable. then the lady showed them from far away to another lady and also stated they were un repairable. This third lady now was involved and said I could get another pair for 25%off which was 75.00.. I told her I had private insurance, she said they paid for the first pair. OK and.... she didnt even check if It was time for another pair, she didnt even bother to look ... read more
