I went got my glasses at Vision Works and after a week, I had to return them because it doesn’t feel right, so went back to return and told them I’m not comfortable with this. The lady greet me with a smile, took my glasses, helped me to find a better glasses and they exchanged it with no questions asked. This is my first time to come here and they’re very helpful, always willing to help their customers.
Called and said I was running 10 minutes late for my appointment - they said they couldn’t accommodate me. Guess I’ll go somewhere else.
I had a concern with a floater in left eye so I called and they got me in the same day. The staff was helpful in answering questions I had and the doctor was superb in her exam, her knowledge and she gave me good news. Thank you all!
The Kenosha location is definitely not set up for wheelchair users, it was an extremely tight fit to get to the screening machines. If I were new to my chair it wouldn't have happened at all but I have years of experience with my power chair and with the help of the associate and doctor we got it done but it was extremely frustrating!
