They charge you more if you have insurance, then very hard to get into to pick up your glasses. Will never use them again.
I recently made our yearly appointments for my self and my two children. We have been coming to your store for years despite moving and hour away. I drove that hour today to your store to only be informed that you will no longer accept my children’s state plan that I PAY for by the way. But that if I had regular state Medicaid that you would accept it. Said that this came into affect this year. Sherri & Stephanie are awesome and go over and beyond to take great care of their customers with empathy and compassion. The company however does not seem to support them with enough staff and unmanageable expectation to accept too many walk in clients when their are appointments scheduled. Sherri went over & beyond to find frames.
Very fast service. I don’t have to wait long at all. I was very happy with the glasses and contact lenses. The store is run like a well tuned machine. I would recommend to anybody in cape. Great job Stephanie see you guys next time.

There's 5 people in my family and get our glasses at this store, over the past few years 1 person has stood out every time, which is Stephanie, she always goes above and beyond, not to mention takes all the time I need and the patience with us as some of my family are a little indecisive. I have came into the store for various reasons and don't get the same treatment from most other employees, so I will now only go when Stephanie is working, she always helps with whatever we need! Worst experience I ever experienced! Very slow service like 17 days waiting for my glasses to come in then only one pair. The so called leaders promised everything and gave NOTHING! Even contacting corporate did nothing. I learned my lesson and will never go back to Vision works... Will go back to Wal Mart Vision! Never had no problem! I would like to have my second pair mailed to me since I paid for them! It is very sad that people from Cape Girardeau and corporate finds it easy to ignore a customer that is dissatisfied !!!... read more
