RecommendedCheryl is absolutely amazing. I’ve had my prescription for 2 months because I dreaded the chore of finding glasses that fit my face and I would actually like. I told her it was going to take me forever to find a frame. She walked with me and in less than 5 minutes picked out the perfect frame. Her customer service was fabulous! I was out in less than 30 minutes. I will be returning to this store from now on for my vision needs.

I called in ahead of time and was able to check on lenses first. When i came in they asked me how my Day was, and i got to talk to Mrs.Veena which is the same person i talked to before coming in. She walked me around the store helping me out with looking at frames and showing me best deals. Mrs.Veena me laughing a lot I'll definitely have more visits here and have my folks come here next time they need glasses.😊😊😊

They are severely understaffed. Our experience was very poor. Every time the phone rang or someone came in the person we were working with left to tend to those things. I understand being busy but I believe they should be more prepared for that as a company.
This place is amazing. The women that work there are so friendly! They always greet guest that walk in and they make sure everybody is taken care of. They look for the best deals for you and really care about the costumers. I worked with Sabrina and she got me a great deal for both my contacts and my glasses. This has been the best experience!!
My experience at Visionworks was wonderful! Veena took excellent care of me...from choosing frames to ordering the lenses and finishing out the deal. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. Absolutely perfect experience!
