RecommendedMy husband and I went for an eye exam and glasses. We were pleased with the OCVID safety protocols in place (temp check, hand sanitizer, social distancing). Dr. Simeus Angeline was wonderful, explaining everything the various tests revealed. The staff members that took care of us were very customer-focused and made the entire experience very pleasant. I was extremely disappointed in the opticians’ lack of knowledge for a child’s glasses fit. The “manager” was rude & wasn’t helpful in fixing her employees error on our glasses order. The wrong glasses were ordered as the “info wasn’t in the system” & then I was expected to figure out what glasses were chosen for my daughter on my own while only receiving attitude from the manager. I expect way more from a customer service standpoint— as simple as BEING HELPFUL & actually lis… See more

The people at this location are so friendly and good at their jobs. Ashley Kimble, OD was great and the people that helped measure our glasses were very helpful. When we had a slight problem with the glasses frames, Lynette fixed them perfectly.
