Stephanie was amazing today! My daughter and I where both getting new glasses and Stephanie helped us both find our favorite glasses... She worked with my daughter to find the best size fit for her face... We couldn’t be any happier!!
Last Friday I went to pick out glasses and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The lady that was supposed to be helping was very rude, tried to cram all the “extras” on my total without explaining what they were or even asking if it was something that I wanted...however, the next day when I went to pick my glasses up, Kizzy was the one that assisted me. She was very helpful and professional. You need more employees like her.
the sales person that helped me when picking out my glasses was wonerful to work with and the person assisting when O picked them up was so vety nice...I'm so gola I chose Visionworks!!
I always take my son there to get glasses.. The staff are wonderful and very helpful.. We seem to always get good deals.. I would recommend for everyone to check out Visionworks..
